Private Residence

The project included the refurbishment of the main house and mews, creating one large modern family home over seven floors including two lifts, a library, a gym with ballet bar and pop out studio, a high spec kitchen with polished concrete floors and stainless steel tops.

Works involved the under pinning of both buildings and major excavations to form a new basement. Punching through walls to join the two properties and creating an ‘endless’ swimming pool and cinema in the basement and a garage at street level in the mews.

State of the art and high quality finishes throughout

Including a new cantilevered Portland Stone staircase and a stone and glass hanging stair running from lower ground floor to the basement level.

Externally, the mews facade was rebuilt incorporating new windows and doors. The existing listed windows on the main house were refurbished and a new dental course added to the newly refurbished stucco facade.
