The scheme of 108 apartments consists of three distinct blocks, built over a basement car park, via a transfer slab. The building was designed to achieve a ‘very good’ rating under the EcoHomes scheme. Sustainability credentials include the reuse of a Brownfield site, the specification of materials from managed sources, high levels of thermal insulation and the use of highly efficient condensing boilers.
