The scope of works consists of the redevelopment of the site into an open A1 retail park, which will be amalgamated with the existing Wickes units previously completed by Ellmer. The development will provide a terrace of four retail units, with customer access and car parking to the front, and goods delivery service yard to the rear.

The service yard also includes areas for storage and refuse recycling, sprinkler tank, covered and secure staff parking and a storage tank for rainwater which will be harvested from the roof of the buildings and used for watering planted areas.

Works involve amalgamation with existing Wickes units, previously completed by Ellmer.
