Princes Arcade Piccadilly

Ellmer has recently been awarded a contract to refurbish the Grade II listed Princes Arcade on Piccadilly.

Phase 1 - Work to Grade II listed building comprises demolition, strip out and structural modifications to facilitate the fit out to a Jamie Oliver Restaurant, to basement and part groundfloor.

Phase II will be negotiated with Phase 1 contractor valued at around £6m and will follow the Phase 1 programme of the works.
