The apartments will be a mix of one, two & three bedroom units with lateral apartments on the upper floors and duplex apartments covering the ground and lower ground floor levels.
The existing façade is to be refined and includes for demolishing and re-constructing parts of the existing façade with new materials. A rear lightwell and two smaller light wells formed along the Hop Gardens elevation will provide daylight penetration to the lower ground floor level apartments.
A twin lift shaft and central staircase will provide access to the various floor levels, with individual private staircases linking the two levels within the duplex apartments.
