Quadrant 3

Regent Street, London

This Central London scheme created 200,000 sq ft of contemporary office space, 58,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space and 8,000 sq ft of residential units.

Ellmer’s works comprised the complete fit out of the nine stylish and contemporary apartments which have been finished to a high specification, each featuring Parapan kitchen, interior designed furniture and underfloor heating. The project also included the fit out of the lift and ground floor entrance lobbies, including timber panelling plus bronze & glass feature walls.

Quadrant 3 is the redevelopment of the former Regent Palace Hotel as part of the Crown Estates plan for Regent Street.
