Project Hilt has been developed on behalf of The Crown Estate and is located at the site of 7 Cleveland Row and the Mews houses at Russell Court, London.
7 Cleveland Row has been converted into private residential accommodation, whilst restoring the façades.
The existing buildings in Russell Court were demolished and rebuilt to create new three-bedroom family houses, a one bedroom apartment and parking for both 7 Cleveland Row and Russell Court. A second floor of residential accommodation and private terraces has been added to the northern end of the mews.
The design retains the intimate character and scale of the mews, with the use of fine detailing and high quality building materials.
The interior of the building has been reconfigured to create five three-bedroom apartments and one four-bedroom apartment.
