• Fronts a very busy pedestrian street by the exit of Holborn underpass.
• Material hoisting and tower crane over pavement gantry.
• Demolition and rebuilding of the mansard roof.
• Significant internal structural alterations.
• Challenging logistics as land locked on 3 sides.
