Lakeside Shopping Centre

Ellmer have worked at Lakeside since 2001 and have completed numerous projects, including a new food court and exceptional toilet facilities.

The Mall Refurbishment Project was completed with the centre remaining in occupation, in a joint venture with Galliford Try.

These works included structural alterations, re-shaping of voids and atrium, widening lightwells, new services and public systems, new ceilings and floor tile finishes and new escalator areas as well as the replacement of existing lifts.
