The apartments are a mix of one, two & three bedroom units with lateral apartments on the upper floors and duplex apartments covering the ground and lower ground floor levels.

The scope of works included constructing an extension at roof level to provide a double storey penthouse apartment and roof garden.

The existing facade was refined and included for demolishing and re-constructing parts of the existing façade with new materials. A rear lightwell and two smaller lightwells formed along the Hop Gardens elevation provides daylight penetration to the lower ground floor level apartments.
