
The works comprised the stripping out of the upper floors of the above building followed by the extension of the units to the rear to provide four residential apartments.
The dwellings are accessed by a new passenger lift installation running between basement and third floor levels, along with an external staircase to the rear of the building.
The lift is accessed at ground level via a newly refurbished entrance foyer. The apartments are serviced with air conditioning and will be fitted out to a standard befitting high end residential accommodation in the West End of London.
