Twickenham, Middlesex

Complete construction of two high quality town houses on the bank of the River Thames, with foundations below the water line. The main superstructure was constructed as a timber frame to minimise the on-site construction period. The frame was designed and manufactured in Canada and incorporated SuperE Certification, currently not available from UK sources. The project was delivered on time and on budget, to the total satisfaction of the client and end users.
