Design and build of a two-storey building comprising administrative and production areas. Steel framed throughout, on pad and raft foundations, with a sloping standing seam roof. External facades of the building include smooth textured facing architectural masonry and split face finishes. The External landscape includes a delivery service yard and a series of pathways, reinforced lawn and planted areas.
