CME - One New Change

London EC4M

The high level of finishes comprised of two types of demountable partitioning systems, both framed and frameless to meet the requirements of asthetic appearance and acoustic requirements. A new metal pan suspended ceiling was installed throughout with a feature ceiling formed in the meeting, conference and reception areas.

The reception desk was constructed in glass, stone and rosewood veneers. The café area provided breakout space for the business users with banquet seating, joinery units and feature floor finishes. Specialist joinery within the conference rooms was coordinated and installed with full audio-visual conferencing facilities.

Offices, meeting rooms, office services centres, t-points, rest rooms, cafe area, reception, client meeting and conference facilities were designed to match the existing office specification in Chicago and New York.

The high level services installation with CDP elements were coordinated within the constraints of the ceiling void and comprised of sprinklers, four pipe fan coil units, fire alarm, modular wiring, BMS, lighting, ductwork, I.T and security.
