Quadrant 4, Regent Street

Quadrant 4 is a major redevelopment project for The Crown Estates Commissioners in the West End of London.

The overall scheme comprises the partial demolition and reconstruction of an existing 8 storey building on the junction of Brewer Street and Sherwood Street to form 48 high quality apartments together with associated common areas, two retail units and alterations to an existing fitness club.
