Oceanic House

Ellmer has recently started works to the existing Grade II listed building, formally the offices of the White Star Line - Titanic fame.

The works comprise the strip, demolition and reformation including the construction of additional floors to form 7 high quality residential apartments on the upper floors and retail shell accommodation at ground and basement level.
