Hop House wins British House Award

The high end residential conversion project in heart of Covent Garden has won a highly sought after British Home Award.

The Ellmer refurbishment project won the Conversion, Restoration or Refurbishment category in Sunday Times 2015 Awards.

The Awards championing design excellence in our homes through recognition of varied schemes and projects across multiple categories.

The award winning development involved the conversion of an existing office building to provide 29 high quality residential apartments. The apartments are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with lateral apartments on the upper floors, and duplex apartments covering the ground and lower ground floor levels.
