Ellmer has pleasure in announcing that this year's winner of the Ellmer Health & Safety Manager of the year is Michael Barnes for his exceptional management of his sites and positive attitude towards the improvement of safety behaviours.

At Melina Place we have been exceptionally impressed by the way the site welfare and general conditions have been maintained to the highest level despite it being a quite a challenging project from a logistics perspective.

As well as an impressive audit and Considerate Contractors score, what has been evident is Michael's positive attitude to safety and the resulting culture that forms the basis of both behaviours of the management and operatives on his site."
