Hop House Wins Considerate Contractor Award

Ellmer has the pleasure to announce that following Hop House's nomination for a Considerate Constructors Scheme 2015 National Site Award, that it has won Bronze for our development in the heart of Covent Garden.

The National Site Awards recognise site's exceptional standard of consideration towards local neighbourhoods, the general public, workforce and the environment.

The Hop House project involved the conversion of an existing office building to provide 29 high quality residential apartments. The apartments are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with lateral apartments on the upper floors, and duplex apartments covering the ground and lower ground floor levels.
