Ellmer have been nominated for a Considerate Constructors Scheme 2015 National Site Award for our Hop House development in Covent Garden.
The National Site Awards recognise sites' exceptional standard of consideration towards local neighbourhoods, the general public, workforce and the environment.
Commenting on the forthcoming awards, the Considerate Constructors Scheme's Chairman, Mike Petter, said:
"The Scheme's National Site Awards are an opportunity to recognise the most considerate registered sites of 2014. They reward the efforts and commitment of all those involved in the projects to improve the image of construction. I wish to congratulate all sites nominated for an award".
The Hop House project involves the conversion of an existing office building to provide 29 high quality residential apartments. The apartments are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with lateral apartments on the upper floors, and duplex apartments covering the ground and lower ground floor levels.
The ceremony will take place at Plaisters Hall, One London Wall, on Thursday 23rd April 2015.
