Our portfolio of completed projects includes the Savoy, Shangri La at the Shard, Bulgari, Connaught, Beaumont and Mondrian at Sea Containers House Hotels. The breadth of our offer includes design and construction of complex temporary works, undertaking major structural alterations and new build extensions, in addition to heavy and light refurbishment.

Ellmer offer flexibility, operating within the hotel sector, both as the Principal and as a Trade & Package Contractor.

The common thread running through each of these projects is the quality of finishes.

We are also have a deep understanding of the operational requirements of trading hotels, which has allowed us to undertake phased hotel refurbishments. By working closely with hotel management, we ensure that the guest experience is never compromised.
