SCOPE OF WORK

A very successful design and build development, including the construction of a deep basement plus adjacent existing roads and pavements, providing car parking and additional retail space to that available at ground floor level. Above the ground floor retail space, Ellmer constructed six high quality flats at first and second floor levels, with a roof garden included at first floor level.
