SCOPE OF WORK

Ellmer successfully delivered various elements of work for both main contractor, Mowlem, and direct for the client's landlord, MEPC, including: miscellaneous concrete, builders work, Ely Court (new build shop units and pedestrian area), roofing to cores and joinery, fit out elements to the main shopping centre and tenant enabling works.
