SCOPE OF WORK

Strip and refit to the ground and basement levels of retail space on the prestigious Carnaby Street, including lowering the existing basement with extensive structural alterations and underpinning. The roof was removed and new third and fourth floors provided. Fit out of the upper floors provided office suites, complete with finishes and a new common staircase. All work had to be carried out in line with Carnaby Estate Regulations, which meant that delivery and removal of arisings had to be carried out between 8am and 11am.
