SCOPE OF WORK

Formerly the site of a print works in North Kensington, this scheme of 108 apartments, built over a basement car park, has been designed to achieve a ‘very good’ rating under the EcoHomes Scheme.

Sustainability credentials for the project include the re-use of a Brownfield site, specification of materials from managed sources, high levels of thermal insulation and the use of highly efficient condensing boilers.

The apartments have been designed with an open-plan interior layout so as to maximise the use of natural light and all enjoy outdoor living space; private gardens for the ground floor units and balconies or terraces on the upper floors.
