SCOPE OF WORK

Construction of the superstructure of a new four-storey block of thirty-six private and fifteen shared ownership flats, together with the fit out and completion of the basement car park. The structure was formed using in-situ concrete and steel work to roof level, clad using brickwork and composite cladding/windows, together with steel balconies. The roof was a metal profile roof cladding system. The fit out included all mechanical and electrical services, drylined partition walls, timber and metal stairs, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, floor finishes, decorations and external works.
