SCOPE OF WORK

A multi-trade fit out package with design development within the new Frontiers Science Park. Works included bespoke timber wall panelling, joinery and reception desks, pre-finished doorsets and ironmongery, suspended ceilings, builders work package, specialist decorations and floor coverings. Ellmer also constructed two new bespoke metal and glass gatehouse buildings.
