Ropemaker is a new City building of scale and presence close to Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations. Designed for both financial and professional occupiers, the building sets new standards for sustainability, specification and adaptability.

In 2008 Ropemaker Place was named as the Estates Gazette Green Awards Office Development of the Year.

Ellmer Construction are proud to have been involved in this flagship development in the heart of London. Ellmers brief included the fit out of the stunning reception, landlord, lift lobbies and back of house areas. Our joinery works included timber panelling running throughout the levels and the supply and fit of over 800 doorsets.
