This is emphasised by our newly appointed Retail Director, Colin Caddy, being awarded the 2005 CIOB Construction Manager of the Year gold medal for the 'refurbishment and fit out over £10M' category for Lakeside Shopping Centre. Colin's gold medal was awarded in recognition of the dedication and professionalism shown in delivering the project on budget and on time, whilst completing the work in occupied premises and the majority of it at night.
