SCOPE OF WORK
One of Europe's most complex refurbishments in a historic retail building with a "Business as Usual" key requirement. Ellmer's work packages included construction with design development of the Kings Road link bridge, with internal connecting corridors. Complete fit out to create the 6th floor restaurant and 2nd floor cafe areas, internal soft strip of all floors, concrete and builders work to all floors, windows and general joinery.
