SCOPE OF WORK

The 125 Old Broad Street project included the fit-out of the toilet cores to the main building and the podium building, which constituted 32 floors. Our works involved the drylined walls, ceilings, tiling, cubicles, sanitaryware, mirrors, back painted glass, decorations, fixtures and fittings which were all to a high specification, including pivot doors for the cubicle system.

Other works carried out included the fit out of Ground floor and Basement areas with showers, toilets and the supply and fit of four reception desks in the main entry areas.

The project provided a challenge due to the central location of the site and required the utilisation of ‘just in time’ deliveries to be able to maintain the required programme.
