SCOPE OF WORK

Complete construction of four high quality apartments, overlooking the River Thames, together with the basement and ground floor shell for the La Tasca chain of restaurants. The works were undertaken within the compounds of a very tight site, with traffic restrictions and complications resulting from the high water table. The works were completed on programme and the challenges posed by the basements, underpinning of party walls and the main concrete frame, were successfully overcome.
