SCOPE OF WORK


Lying within the confines of the existing Millennium Dome, the O2 Arena is one of the UK's most advanced music, sport and entertainment destinations.

Ellmer Construction’s involvement in this iconic development centred around the VIP areas of the purpose built venue. Ellmers completed the multi-trade fit out, including mechanical and electrical works to the Premier Lounge and Chairman’s Club. 

The brief for the Premier Lounge was to create a large but modern hospitality suite comprising of bar, lounge, meeting/dining room, kitchen, toilets and stores. The Lounge was to be used by the VIP and corporate guests that visit the venue.

The works to the Chairman’s club consisted of bar, lounge, kitchen, toilets and dining area, finished to the very highest specification. The area is for dignitary’s and high rollers who visit the arena
