SCOPE OF WORK

A heavy refurbishment project for this landmark destination shopping centre involving new ceilings and GRG (CDP), M&E services, escalators, three scenic lifts, structural alterations, balustrades to all mall voids and staircases, floor tiling, mall entrances (general refreshment - glazing / auto doors / canopy / rooflights), joinery (information desks / pilasters / doors and frames), decorative glass wall cladding and decorations.

The latest project was Lakeside Boardwalk which included the complete refurbishment of the Lakeside Pavilion building to form new retail and restaurant units with a new link bridge and extended boardwalk.

The above mentioned works were completed 'out of hours', on budget and on time. The Ellmer Construction Manager who ran the project, Colin Caddy won a gold medal at the CIOB Construction Manager of the Year Awards, in the 'refurbishment and fit out over £10M' category, for his outstanding effort at delivering this project.
