SCOPE OF WORK

Complete construction of a block of fifty-five flats. Forty-five high-class private residential flats were completed to a high specification, including a penthouse flat with terrace, gym, movie screening room and basement car park. Ten housing association flats were fitted out on behalf of the Notting Hill Trust. Works were carried out on a very tight site, requiring the utmost care to be taken due to passers by and local traffic.
