SCOPE OF WORK

Full refreshment of the entire operational shopping mall on two floors, including five replacement escalators, new scenic lift, new ceramic floors and screeds, new feature ceilings / pilasters and lighting throughout; replacement fire alarm and CCTV systems.

Alterations and the formation of a new reconfigured Food Terrace including structural alterations, new feature ceilings / lighting and ceramic flooring and full landlords A/C installation together with tenants facilities / main services.

Construction of new public toilets and baby changing facilities at first floor level including full services / drainage installation.

Eastgate Shopping Centre were national winners of the 2008 Loo of the Year Awards.
