SCOPE OF WORK

The design and construction of new Garrison accomodation, on a 185 acre site. The development consists of 141 buildings with an overall floor area of 237,000 sq m, over a period of 4 1/2 years, in two phases. Ellmer's focus was to design and build a three-storey office and production building, and the entire fit out to seven buildings, consisting of offices, workshops, stores and classrooms.
