SCOPE OF WORK

Design development, construction and high quality fit out of toilets and kitchens in five separate office buildings, over a three-year period. Works consisted of the shaftwall construction of toilet cores, floor and wall tiling, laminate cubicle systems, doors, sanitaryware and decorations. Ellmer also completed a large amount of site safety and logistics work, on a site focused on the highest health and safety standards.
