Giant inflatables, face painting and ‘Jeb the Jester’ kept children of all ages busy at the first Ellmer Construction Staff Fun Day, held at the Bank of England Sports Ground, Roehampton, on 3rd June.

Organised in memory of the late Director, Peter Dwight, the Fun Day centred round a cricket match, which saw two Ellmer Construction staff teams compete for the ‘Peter Dwight Memorial Shield’.

Helped by sunny skies and an encouraging turn out by both Ellmer Construction staff and their families, the Fun Day provided an action packed day of sport, entertainment, fun and laughter for all who attended.

With competition amongst the cricket teams now prevailing and the assurance of a great day out for all to enjoy, the Fun Day looks set to become an annual event in the Ellmer Construction calendar.
